Indicators of a MSD includes:

-Less strength on gripping

-Loss of muscle function

-Less range of motion (ROM)

-Inability to do everyday task


Symptoms of MSD includes (depending on severity):

-Loss of grip strength

-Swelling or inflammation 

-Back or Neck pain

-Burning sensation

-Painful joints

-Limited ROM

-Tingling, numbness in hands or feet

-Shooting or stabbing pain in arms or legs

-Hands falling asleep

-Stiffness
