Non-Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We value your commitment. Please be advised of the following policy regarding cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals:
For new customers,a full payment must be rendered prior to the appointment of the service. Regular or repeat customers have the flexibility to render payment after the service.
For example: 60 minutes Deep Tissue Service is $150. Payment must be received by merchant or service provider at least 2 hours ahead prior to the appointment or 24 hrs prior to the appointment time.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. It is not easy to replace the spot you reserved for my service in less than 24 hr turnaround time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 30% penalty fee of the full product/service amount, at the discretion of the business.
- Any pre payments or deposits like packages made at the time of booking are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation. You can only apply the remaining balance towards your next service appointment.
No-Shows
- Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will be charged a 60% penalty fee of your paid service for first time offense, 75% penalty fee on your second offense and up to the full cost of the scheduled service if it happens more than twice.
- Repeat no-shows may result in denial of future service.
Late Arrivals
- If you are more than 10, 15 or 30 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full service time. We can only provide you service for the remaining time left of your paid appointment time.
- Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show, and a penalty fee may apply.
Penalty Fees
- Penalty fees are subject to enforcement and may vary based on the service type and time reserved.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and any applicable charges in the event of late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival.
