Second session covers root cause of your current food intake and its cause and effect to your body
Third session covers subtle, mild to aggressive approach to shift your diet and eating lifestyle for optimum result using plants, roots and herbs including planning and food journaling.
First session requires in person assessment and recurring appointments are either zoom or phone appointments
