It is not common for someone to suffer from a frozen shoulder, annually around three percent worldwide between the age of 40-60 male or female are affected by this condition due to the following symptoms listed below. Before we narrow down the root cause of this, we should understand that it is not common for someone to have a frozen shoulder. It is a chronic issue that is usually developed within a year upto three years. One cannot simply suffer from frozen shoulder symptoms unless triggered by a physical trauma like accident and among other health risks like diabetes, hypothyroidism or anybody with autoimmune disease, heart disease or parkinson's.
The affected anatomical areas are usually the clavicle, the scapula and the humerus where all muscles and tendons inter connect each other. A common diagnosis of a frozen shoulder is usually an adhessive capsulitis where the ligaments that surrounds the shoulder socket joint becomes inflamed and irritated leading to a excritiating pain during mobility of the shoulder.
The early stage is usually the crucial part of the symtoms as it is in a developimng stage that triggers the most pain, sometimes excruciating. When you get over the pain stage, the stiffness increased.
It is important to be able to address this issue at an early stage usually within a year so your recovery stage is faster. The more you ignore the symptoms, the longer the recovery stage.
If your symptoms is triggered by other than physical trauma like thyroid issue or autoimmune issue, there are a much broad underlying health risks that you have to address because your shoulder issue usually becomes just a biproduct of a much deeper underlying health issues with your thyroid and adrenaline glands.
Address all symptoms if you are capable of doing so but the shoulder issue can be taken cared of by either corticosteroid if its on early stage or physical therapy. Pain killers with NSAID can help alleviate some sort of pain during therapy. Any suggestion beyond that by your primary doctor like option for surgery is something you must think twice before aggreeing to it because it is not normal for a human function to have an incision or sliced tendons and ligaments just to have a normal mobility. You should aim for surgery as your last resort because regardless how optimistic your doctors sounds in terms of your recovery, you will live and suffer the consequences of that for life and ther is no going back.
